Eerste 2 linkerpinnen zitten in het kleine botje
(The first 2 pins on the left are drilled into the little thumb bone)

De rechter 2 pinnen nu ook in het grotere bot

Ruimte tussen botjes groter gemaakt (3,5mm)

Na 2 dagen ging op 17 oktober het verband er en werd de spalk gebouwd
